A notary is authorized to do the following 10:
1. Perform signature (notarized) verification on each document.
2. Confirm that the signer of a document, in the name of another person, holds the power of attorney to do so.
3. Confirm that a copy of a document is an accurate and correct copy.
4. Confirm that the translation of a document is accurate and correct.
5. Accept and confirm affidavit.
6. Confirm that man is between life.
7. Confirm that inventory list is correct.
8. Edit a negotiable document.
9. Edit a document when it is required or permitted by law by a notary (such as a will).
10. Use of Notary Authority under any other law (after obtaining apostille approval as required)
