Attorney Oren Peretz is a lawyer and mediator, with rich experience in various and diverse fields that give him great life wisdom. In his experience, he was a commander in the IDF and the Israel Police and held various positions.
Since 2006, he began volunteering with the Israel Police, serving in uniform in patrol and investigative roles, participating in policing missions and also in tasks of the Police and Community Division for the benefit of the public.
Since 2010, he has volunteered in support of the elderly and Holocaust survivors, mainly providing light technical assistance at home and alleviating the boredom of the elderly.
Since 2014, he has volunteered with the charitable organization Yad Sarah, in various activities offered by the organization to people with special needs.
Since 2015, he has volunteered with the Yad Riva Association, offering legal advice and assistance to the elderly. Since then, he has received an Outstanding Volunteer award and numerous recommendations.
Since 2019, he has volunteered in the “Mitzvah Salary” project of the Israel Bar Association.
Since 2019, he has completed a paramedic course (through the Bar Association) and currently volunteers with the National Rescue Organization – Magen David Adom – as a paramedic in an ambulance; he has also been trained as a COVID-19 trustee and serves in this role.
In addition, he runs a private organization for distributing supplies to those in need throughout the year. Recently, the organization distributed 15 laptops to underprivileged students.
He holds an LLB degree in Law, an additional degree in Business Administration, and is in the process of obtaining a doctoral degree (PhD).
He holds a certified mediator certificate from the Goma Institute, recognized by the Gadot Committee – the Advisory Committee on Mediation Matters in the courts.
He has been trained as an arbitrator at the Arbitration and Conflict Resolution Center and at the Bar Association.
Serves as a supervisor for interns on behalf of the Israel Bar Association. Member of the Property Tax Appeal Committee - Jerusalem Municipality. Trained as a director at Bar-Ilan University and serves on the board of directors of commercial companies. Conducted practical training in rabbinical (halachic) argumentation. Successfully completed numerous diverse trainings and courses. Manages the 'Ohel Perez' association (aid for the needy). Member of the board of directors of public companies. Volunteer work: Israel Police - patrol officer, MDA - driver-paramedic, Yad Sarah, Yad Riva (legal advice for the elderly), Sachar Mitzvah (legal aid for the needy), SHIL - Jerusalem Municipality, 'Yedidim' and more.
